At BitcoinMiners.ae, we are committed to providing high-quality mining equipment and excellent service. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds may be requested and processed. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refund requests can be made under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are eligible within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Each refund request is reviewed individually, and partial refunds may be offered for products that are returned in less-than-original condition.

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our support team at info@bitcoinminers.ae with your order number and details of the issue.
  2. Our team may request additional information or photos to verify the condition of the product.
  3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Note: Shipping or delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or modified by the customer.
  • Special-order or customized mining equipment.
  • Products purchased through promotions marked as final sale.

Please review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, such as defective products or errors on our part, we may offer:

  • Replacement products
